The first house i received was damaged and i sent it back for a replacement which i did receive but unfortunately i had the same issues as some others with the summer heat the house was very soft and the snowman and trees were off the house and many of the red. However the one on waiting list says bakery.

My only complaint is the lighting which is too white i prefer more of an amber tones in my decorations. I ordered this huge gingerbread house as a gift for my daughter and at the time i ordered it the item was in stock. It not only has terrific instructions including a fantastic cookie recipe and royal icing recipe but a number of templates for different kinds of gingerbread houses.

I purchased 2 other as is gingerbread houses including the farm house and when i opened the boxes i held my breath because of the minimal protection each house had in the box.
